1. Aims and Scope
 Journal of Cardio-Thoracic Medicine aims to encourage a better understanding of all aspects of Cardio-Thoracic medicine. The journal accepts scientific papers including original research, review article, short communication, case report, and letter to the editor in all fields of respiratory medicine, cardiology, and Cardio-Thoracic surgery, heart and lung transplant, and related researches.
Journal of Cardio-Thoracic Medicine will publish papers in all aspects of today`s modern Cardio-Thoracic medicine including: respiratory medicine, cardiology, and Cardio-Thoracic surgery, heart and lung transplant

2. Selection Policies
Submission does not guarantee publication. Journal of Cardio-Thoracic Medicine reserves the right to make any changes necessary to accepted articles. The editor deserves the right to determine whether material submitted for publication shall be printed and reserves the right to edit as needed, for space, libelous statements, or personal unwarranted attacks. Opinions are those of the individual writer and not necessarily those of the editor or the executive board. Articles submitted for publication must deal with issues, not personalities. Articles should be type written, double spaced, using regular Times New Roman size 12 font. All articles submitted for publication are subject to editing. The editor shall be responsible for the editing of all material submitted to the Journal of Cardio-Thoracic Medicine pertaining to libel, spelling, grammar, violation of laws and regulations, length, etc. At no time shall the editor alter the motive, intent or direction of an article. Should any conflict arise, all reasonable effort should be made to contact the writer.

3. Open Access Policy 
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The peer review process:
1. The peer review helps the publisher (that is, the editor-in-chief) deciding whether the work should be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected and he gives it to the reviewer.
2. These reviewer have specialized knowledge of the subject area.
3. The article is refracted to the editor along with comments to rejected, revise it or accept.
4- The article is refracted to the Author with the comments reviewers.
5- Author will have to revise the paper and resubmit your paper.
6. The editor receipted the revision paper and makes the last decision to publish or send it back to reviewers for scoring the paper.
